Genevieve Bourret-Roy is a civil litigation attorney who began her career as a trial lawyer in her home country, Canada, before being admitted to the California Bar in 2018. Since then, Genevieve has dedicated herself to representing plaintiffs who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries and losses,

Genevieve began her legal career in 2014 at one of Montreal’s largest business law firms, which provided her with a strong foundation in litigation. After moving to California, Genevieve earned her LL.M. from UCLA School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class and receiving the Dean’s Tuition Scholarship.

Prior to joining Ardalan and Associates, Genevieve worked for a prominent personal injury firm, where she successfully handled numerous cases involving vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. Genevieve briefed and argued before the state appellate courts, and contributed to significant legal precedent being established in the published decision of Kon v. City of Los Angeles (2020), 49 Cal.App. 5th 858.

Genevieve is fluent in French and English. She is an active member of the Quebec Bar, the California State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
